A complete Ironer Line, 3500mm working width, installed in 2015. 4 Station HJ WEIR Vacfeed LowLine, Girbau PC120 Gas Ironer, HJ WEIR Foldmaker 55EA with 3 Primary and 3 Cross folds, Small piece stacker and triple autograding large piece stacker. This is one of the most versatile lines on the used market at present, able to process up to 5 lanes of small pieces such as napkins/pillow slips with stacking stacking along with triple autograding large piece stacker for sorting different sizes of sheets/duvet covers.
